Shipping & Handling
Please give our team time to process, pack, and ship your order. Orders typically take between 3-4 working days to be processed. If you have opted for local local shipping, that typically takes another 1-3 working days to get to you. Large orders may take longer.
If your order is a preorder, we will only process it once the stock arrives.
You should receive an automated email with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped.
We ship internationally. Shipping fees are based on weight and distance.
International shipping is unavailable at this moment due to supply chain disruptions from COVID-19.
We offer free shipping for local (Singapore) orders above S$200.
All items are checked before they are shipped out. However, there may be occasional damage during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 7 days of your purchase. We will replace the damaged product with a new one. Items to be exchanged must not have been opened/used.
